Slagle Financial in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator. The primary purpose of this position is to increase prospect engagement and set qualified appointments. This is achieved by managing email marketing and social media campaigns, as well as scheduling appointments based on qualified leads and seminar attendees. Another objective of this role is to respond in a timely fashion to each lead from various sources. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional time management skills, a proven record of getting prospects/clients engaged over the phone, accept direction, be customer service oriented and skilled with technology, social media and marketing tools. Minimum Requirement

• Highly organized with a great attention to detail
• Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
• Knowledge of WordPress and website management software
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects at a time
• Incredible attention to detail
• Full understanding of social media platforms
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
• Knowledge of video editing software and graphic design experience
• Knowledge of social media scheduling tools and analytics

Job Duties

• Use lead generation tools/platform to schedule prospecting email marketing campaigns
• Keep email marketing CRM up to date with prospect information and status
• Create graphics for social media and email marketing campaigns
• Manage and actively post on company social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Create digital marketing campaigns
• Ensure consistency in the brand messaging
• Work with the sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns
• Prepare emails and newsletters to send to current customers
• Manage and customize YouTube channel
• Launch promotional offers and events to attract new customers
• Optimize the business website to increase online traffic
• Actively manage, review, and customize company website while following brand standards
• Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms
• Conduct regular audits for social media and website marketing performance
• Maintain and monitor online listings across various e-commerce platforms
• Track marketing metrics and analyze digital data to measure marketing success
• Manage projects with outside agency to implement quarterly social media ad campaigns
• Assist Event Coordinator with client/charity event planning, marketing, and execution
• Attend and service Seminar/Workshops as needed: set up, appointment scheduling, and mingle with prospects to help answer questions and promote the brand
• Backup for Event coordinator
• Attend Client events

Salary:
$45,000 – $55,000/year
