Role and Responsibilities

Client Service

• Prepare client review summaries for upcoming appointments
• Assist with Account maintenance, Beneficiary changes, update account and personal information
• Assist and Process withdrawals/RMDs through TD Ameritrade and Fidelity Investments

Database Entry

• Input all client correspondence notes into CRM and keep updated
• Scan and upload all client service request and incoming mail to the proper file in Redtail Imaging

Misc./Marketing

• Act as phone back-up for incoming calls in a friendly manner
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team
• Assist with back office with needed task
• Assist with front office on various projects around the office

Requirements: 

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

Prefer a student with customer service background and interest in learning about investments and retirement planning.
