Marketing Operations Director Christine Polansky
BIO
Christine has a passion for event coordination and was delighted to join the Slagle Financial team as the marketing operations director.
A graduate of McKendree University, Christine honed her skills in a former role. One of her responsibilities was to host an annual three-day event for 1,200 photographers from across the nation, which required the acquisition and coordination of more than 60 vendors.
Originally brought to Illinois by a bowling scholarship, Christine continues to live and bowl professionally in the area. She is also a huge fan of golf and enjoys watching the PGA Tour or playing a few rounds in the summer.

Q: What’s your favorite sport or activity to play or watch?
A: Favorite sport is bowling — way more fun to play than watch but this sport has helped me meet some of my best friends and my husband.

Q: What’s one item on your bucket list?
A: Cage dive with a Great White Shark — this came from my love of watching Shark Week!

Q: What’s your favorite quote or mantra?
A: “As you are I once was, as I am you will be” — Not sure who said this quote originally, but I heard this from my college art professor and it just stuck with me as I think it relates to all as we go through life.
