Chad Slagle founded Slagle Financial in 1995, starting out of the back of his red Chevy pickup truck with a mission to help families achieve financial security. Today, he leads a dedicated team that educates and empowers retirees and pre-retirees across 10 offices in Illinois, Missouri, and Florida, helping them make informed decisions about their hard-earned dollars.

Slagle Financial was built with families in mind. After witnessing his grandparents work their entire lives without the retirement security they deserved, Chad made it his mission to ensure that no retiree has to work themselves into the grave. Guided by the belief, “Don’t live to work, work to live,” he and his team focus on helping clients enjoy their retirement with confidence, ensuring their loved ones are always protected.

As a husband and father of four, Chad understands the importance of family. He and his team take a personalized approach to retirement planning, crafting strategies that help clients achieve financial stability, enjoy their retirement years, and leave a lasting legacy for those who matter most.
